It all started with a conversation.

A client shared how his father, diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, showed remarkable improvement after receiving Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE)—going from confusion, to asking if he could drive again. But the treatment was far away and costs a minimum of $7,000 per session. For most families, that’s out of reach.

So we asked ourselves: Why not bring this to Metro Detroit—and make it affordable?

We've been performing TPE in hospital settings for over 30 years. The expertise was already here. What was missing was access.

Today, we’ve done just that. We’re proud to offer accessible, life-changing care to the families who need it most.
